I love the bible narrative that says, “God feeds the birds of the air, why do you think He won't feed you?” (That should be in Matthew 6.)
The idea is that while it is true, it shouldn't create an indiscipline for the application of survival strategies.
If you are in a fix and you can call somebody for help, call. If you'd have to network with a few persons to guarantee a supply chain, then network with the governors of the food chain. If you'd have to learn from heathens skills of the food chain, learn from them without soiling your hands. Do something.
Don't quote narratives and sit idle. And expect God to work special miracles. (Unless you're on the frequency and covenant of Elijah, dont expect a raven to bring food to the cave you hid yourself.) What is even a miracle?
