I heard a quote from Jensen Huang, the co-founder and CEO of NVIDIA. He said,
"Every successful thing needs to be torn-down, at some point, and be rebuilt"
From my own personal experience and exploratory study, I have found this to be true. Reinvention is scary. Only the tough-minded optimists survive. It's like starting over in college. (I know a young lady who did, and I deeply respect her for it.)
Netintui Notes is my baby. I have a very strong difficulty tolerating people who don't see what I see. And that is because vision is personal. Likewise, I have a certain distaste for people who patronise me because of my resilience to keep building- that is because most humans, unknowingly, are good at being sycophants. (You must avoid sycophants if you want to think clearly and build the future.) It tests one's conviction. It's really challenging!
With new knowledge and perspective, we have discovered ways in which Netintui Notes will never succeed. We have also discovered, with your help, so far, how it will succeed.
As such, we have a series of radical changes we'll be rolling in, most of which might not be feature additions but value-extracting artefacts to enable you to do your best work, contribute value to humanity and extract fiscal value from that interaction.
Our forecast for Netintui in a few decades from now is that we will become the best thing happened to Nigeria since 1960. That we have the opportunity to develop what it takes to be one of the most innovative and profitable media and technology companies in the world for democratising excellence in people. And we're seeing glimpses that it's possible. We hope it will be.
So, cool things are coming. Hang in there!
